Every service we offer at The Norns is a carefully held space — energetically prepared and personalized with intention.

To honor that space (and our time), we ask that you respect the following:

If you do not show up for your scheduled service without proper notice, your payment is forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered. The ritual space was prepared for you — and we honor the energy that went into holding it.

• With 24+ hours notice: You may reschedule your service ONE time at no cost, no refunds will be given.
   
• Within 24 hours of your appointment: We cannot reschedule or refund — the service and altar space are already in motion.
   

We understand that life happens. If you experience a true emergency, reach out as soon as possible. We may offer to reschedule at our discretion — one time only.
